Through the Website, the User can search for visual content like images, PNGs in any format ('Content').

The User is authorized to use the Website and Services only in accordance with the Terms and in good faith.

FindPng personal accounts are for personal use only. For account security, FindPng may use technical measures to limit frequent switching between devices.

The User will not interfere with the functioning of the Website or Services, and will not impersonate another user or person. The User agrees not to take any action that may damage, overload, deteriorate or impede the normal use of the Website or Services, impact their security, or interfere with the Services offered by FindPng. It is prohibited to use bots, spiders or any mechanisms, apps, programs or tools to access, copy or control any part of the Website or Services in a way that goes against their normal use or infringes FindPng's interests, without express prior authorization from FindPng. Likewise, it is prohibited to obtain or attempt to obtain Website content using any method not authorized by FindPng or not the normal method of accessing the Website.

The User is responsible for ensuring the Services meet their needs and that they have the necessary requirements, equipment, software and costs for using the Services, prior to using them.

The rights granted to the User under these Terms are personal and shall not be assigned to any third party, including affiliates or group companies, in whole or in part, by any means, without the prior, express and written consent of FindPng.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Service, any applicable license agreement with FindPng, and the law, you may access and use the Site. FindPng remains the sole owner of all right, title, and interest in the Site and reserves all rights not expressly granted under these Terms of Service. FindPng may modify, replace, or discontinue the Site or any part thereof at any time, for any reason, with or without notice, in FindPng’s sole discretion. FindPng provides the Site on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis.

All content on this Site, including but not limited to Images, and related metadata (collectively the 'FindPng Content'), as well as the selection and arrangement of the FindPng Content, are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret and other intellectual property laws and treaties. Any unauthorized use of any FindPng Content violates such laws and this Terms of Use. Except as expressly provided herein or in a separate license agreement between you and FindPng, FindPng does not grant any express or implied permission to use the Site or any FindPng Content. You agree not to copy, republish, frame, transmit, rent, lease, loan, sell, assign, distribute, display, perform, license, sublicense or reverse engineer the Site or any FindPng Content. In addition, you agree not to use any data mining, robots, or similar data and/or image gathering and extraction methods in connection with the Site or FindPng Content.

Unless you enter into a license agreement with FindPng you may not download, distribute, display and/or copy any FindPng Content.

Refund Policy Overview

Once your premium membership is activated and you haven't downloaded any resources, you will have 15 days to order a refund. You can request a refund at [email protected], and we will issue a refund within 3-5 working days after you submit your cancellation request (in case of a holiday, it will be postponed). According to the refund policy of the third-party cooperation platform. We will deduct the commission if you need to apply for refund. The commission is entirely charged by the payment platform and FindPng will not make any profit.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription to FindPng at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to the Service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, after which your subscription will not renew.

Changes to Refund Policy

FindPng reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Refund Policy.
